Link Smart Money Debit Card to PayPal

Learn how to verified your PayPal account using Smart Money debit card, the Smart Money is also a service from BDO Banco de Oro, it is important to verified a PayPal account in order for you to receive and send payment from other people.

Step 1. Log in to your PayPal account, use your email and password you used during registration.
