Most of the time people are hoping to succeed whatever goal they have. They are afraid in frustration, and they do anything to avoid getting frustrated. They really want to meet the expectations of other people. However, as a human being, frustrations are parts of our day to day life. In this page we have to learn some "self development", and we should not be worried when frustration comes.

- set specific, clear, realistic and achievable goal
- seek help from your loved ones
- look for inspiration
- have a strong determination to win and succeed
- have Faith in God
- believe in your skills and ability
- believe in yourself
- have a careful planning
- do not blame other people
- always remember in life, there is always a second chance
- have hope and courage
- learn to stand on your own

The answer to succeed in your goals and life's plan is always depends on what you do about it. Example, you want to have your own car in 6 months, of course you have to work, earned money, save money, and the money you save will only be set for buying a car not for buying other things. That's just a a basic example. Another example is you want to become healthy, of course all you need to do is eat a healthy diet, have time for exercise and you will avoid unhealthy foods. These are realistic goals, if you have unrealistic goal such you want to be a super hero and fly all over the sky, well for sure frustration comes. Your actions and mind settings is always the best answer whether you will get frustrated or not.
